I am alive. Sorry for a lack of posts, there is a full-time business behind this blog, that often gets all my attention.
I am participating in my sister's yard sale the first weekend in March… but I have some left-overs that I just can't give away… I still plan to take them if I can't sell them prior.
So here they are for you, if you are interseted?
The links below each item will take you to the measurements of the fixtures (and also show you the retail price- the sale prices are at the bottom of this post). These are final sales. Please measure… nothing but love for everyone, but measure twice, cut once. Okay? Shipping and handling (if you aren't a local) is not included. We are willing to ship via UPS. Scroll to the bottom of this post for sale prices. We accept credit cards… payment in full is required prior to shipping. Sales tax is applicable to anyone in sunny Florida.
(I have 2 of these – they are gorgeous)
Large Country Industrial Pendant (in Antique Nickel)
(I have 1 of these)
Large Chunky Urn Lamp Alabaster
(I have 1 of these) Alabaster is a natural material, the lamp will not look exactly like that one.
(I have 1 of these- this might be a "local pick up only" item because I dont have the box)
There is someone out there who keeps telling me they want the lights in my studio kitchen… well, it's your lucky day (I hope you need just one?) because I found one. I hate to part with it… but I will. They are hard to find anymore. This is the Ikea Ottava.
Manhattan Sconce… in Antique Brass.
(I have 2 of these)
Now, I think I have one of these… but cannot put my eyeballs on it. French Deco Horn Sconce, it's in Polished Nickel.
Okay, are you thinking "what is that!?"… probably so. That's a Pottery Barn vanity and it's not online anymore, so all I have is a photograph of a photograph. It's a 60" wide double vanity (36" tall and 24.5" deep), carrara marble top included, 2 sinks included. Anyone building a house? You might have to click the photo to enlarge. (I have 1 of these.) Local pick up only.
Moving on to custom window treatments…
I have a Roman Shade in this fabric above (Suzanne Rheinstein for Lee Jofa) – the shade is big it measures 47-1/4" wide x 61" high. It's flat fold roman shade and is black-out lined. It's perfect, client decided they wanted cafe curtains instead.
And I also have a Flat Fold Roman Shade in this fabric (Windsor Smith's Riad in Clove) – this shade is smaller at 29-1/2" wide x 69" high. Might just be perfect for your kitchen window!? Don't let the height (length) of the shades deter you… they could be hemmed. It's perfect, client decided they wanted cafe curtains instead.
Restoration Hardware Vintage Glass Shelf, in Polished Chrome
(I have 2 of these)
Here are the prices… click the image to enlarge if it's not legible.

we’re having a yard sale soon, too. your stuff is WAY better than mine, haha!
I might have to beg my husband for some of this stuff. gah.
totally didn’t know I could buy Windsor Smith fabric online — sweet!
I want it all! When I finially get a house, I’m emailing you to see what you have floating around!
I hope you sell the mess out of that stuff I’d like one of each and 2 of each that you have 2 of!
Happy Vday to you too!
Erika- This is a brilliant idea!!
Wishing you a wonderful weekend and a Happy Valentine’s Day!! xoxo
When a client changes their mind and no longer wants the item, even though the fabric was ordered and labor done, you still charge them – right? Just curious…..Have a great weekend! Cynthia
Holy Moly! Now, yard sales around these parts do not look like that! Boutique STORES don’t even look like that!! I am measuring my entire house, and alerting all my friends! This looks like a Domino spread… bet it all goes FAST! THANKS, ERIKA!
Glad I could be your first customer and come away with some great finds the other day!
i know i was one who liked your kitchen lights! i don’t have room for it right now. we are planning to redo our bathroom in the fall and i even thought of hanging this over the sink instead of the usual wall sconce?? i soo wish i lived close enough to come to your sale..good luck!!
Erica,
It’s probably a long shot, but do you still have the Riad flat roman shade? I’m helping a friend decorate her kitchen an this might work. I was thinking of using this fabric in the blue background, but this may work. If you have it, could you send me the price, and maybe a different picture of the whole shade? Thank you!
