gobble it up :: Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle

trifle_s4x3_lg

Thanksgiving two years ago my cousin (by marriage) and her dad (that would make him my uncle by marriage) made Paula Dean’s Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle.  It was insanely good.  I think this year I’ll be making it… maybe you should consider it too!?  It’s easy, which is important considering my life lately.  And LOOK 5 stars with 702 reviews!  Let me know if you try this one!

November 17, 2009 - 4:52 pm Beth - Does it have a layer of beef sautee`d with peas and carrots?? (Friends episode :) ) Looks amazing! I might have to try it!

November 17, 2009 - 5:10 pm Jessica - I made these in individual punch size cups a few weeks ago for a lunch I catered. They were so cute and yummy too.

November 17, 2009 - 8:09 pm Amy - The only way to improve that recipe might be to add dark chocolate. Perhaps chocolate shavings on the top instead of the crumbled ginger snaps? Yum!
